    Hi Beth, this is Jeannie Irwin, we signed over 4 wks ago with chsp and our lease hasn't even been recorded yet. They told us up to 90 days as well. Hope it happens sooner.

    Hi Jeannie!!!  We signed last week.  They said up to 90 days but expect it to be sooner since Stark County can record via the Internet.  How many acres do you have?  We only have 5.35 acres, but are surrounded by oil wells, so figured we'd jump on it.  You can check it on the Recorder's office website.  I'm watching for ours.  If I see ours, I'll check yours.
