Hi Tom. Still in Lisbon. Sewer collapsed over the winter so a week ago had 5" of water in basement. Hippley will dig out the old and put in new plastic waste pipe and copper water line curb to house. Brock Huston is doing the inside. We have lead pipe and vitrious tile in use now since 1901.
We have met with DPS, they are supposed to be looking over the land we have in addition to center township and give us an offer on the total acerage. The prices here are a lot lower than the south end of PA. at WV line. We haven't decided whether to sit it out a while or throw in now.
Keep in touch when you are on the site. I read it over about once a week but seldom post things.
Tom. We are waiting for DPS to come up with a written estimate on all our properties and mineral rights in county. They have had a week and have not contacted us. We are not checking back with them in short term. We will check with them when in town for summer unless they come up with a better offer than the last one, it was a joke but we kept a straight face and replied gas inOhio must be cheaper than gas inPA.

Tom Are u still lurking on this site. Looks like Columbiana Cty will soon be lighting up with gas flairs. Have u leased yet? We signed with DPS with a lease put together by the Ward lawn firm.
