I am sure you have valid concerns regarding this pipeline. While I am in favor of developing the Marcellus Shale gas, I do not want to see landowner's private property rights trampled by either the state or federal gov't nor the gas or pipeline companies.
I would suggest that it may be in your best interest to take that letter you received to a lawyer and find out what your rights are.
(PS: I'm not a lawyer!).
We are not opposed to the natural gas drilling either, but we only have 80 acre and we are not interested in this pipeline. Hopefully our lawyer gives us good new and Laser Midstream will have to go around.
