I will check with Viking and Chesapeak.  Chesapeak started to make me an offer about 3 years ago, (they had named a figure), but they got in financial trouble the next month and never got back in touch.  I guess we will see.  Have you heard any current offer prices?

Pa's Marcellous is much thicker and more productive than what we have so it is worth a lot more and can't be compared.  Chesapeak offered  me 500 an acre in 2008, but that  really does not represent the market now.  I was ready to take it, but they couldn't deliver.  I don't know what other property owners around us are doing,  it takes more than mine or your acreage to drill a well.  I have been careful over the years and kept control of my deep rights, but many owners have not and it must be really hard to put together a drilling tract.
