    Hi Bruce,  Any figure I've heard from here is much less than I've been hearing from these other people.  I don't want to hold out for a rediculous amount, but if the other wells being drilled here turn out to be good ones, that should help.  My friend in Pa. had 100 acres and he got a signing bonus of 4000./acre, or 400,000.00, with 20 % royalty.  Some people have gotten much more than that.
