    Thanks. Right now they're offering us less on the bonus and said they might be able to get us gross royalty. I am not sure if it's worth it to take less upfront in hopes of a bigger royalty or just live with the deductions. He went from 5000 per acre 20% royalty with market enhancement clause. Said he would try for 3000 with gross royalty
