    Hi Samantha, My name is Becky Clutter.  I am an Ohio member of NARO Appalachia.  At our conference last week there was much discussion regarding underground storage contracts (we do not recommend them in your oil and gas lease contract.... they should be a separate contract).  Also be very careful about specific language regarding deductions in light of the Lutz v Chesapeake case.  NARO is the National Association of Royalty Owners.
