    Hello, Rockjul.  Last we heard is that Halcon has appealed the remand to Mercer County to the Federal Third Circuit Court of Appeals.  It will take a while for the Circuit to rule, so while it is being considered, nothing will happen.  Don't post this yet.  When I get a chance in the next couple of days I will check the federal docket to see where it stands for sure.  JJBrink

    I just checked the Circuit docket.  On August 16, the Third Circuit affirmed the district court's remand to Mercer County.  So, the case will stay in Mercer County.  Next time I am up there I will look at the court file since it is not available online.
