    Thanks, Rich. We have no idea how things are going with the drilling and selling of the gas in this area, and I guess I'm wondering how probable it is that my dad will see royalties in the next couple years.

    An if he is not by that well it will more than a couple of yrs before he will see any money. They have a lot of infrastructure to build. And it takes a while to puta well in any where from 9 months to a yr
