Thanks Tom...as I said, my attorney did not charge me a dime. He said when they come back...and he said they will, he will get me the best offer possible. I would never py an attorney a percent of my royalties. My attorney charged by the hour...and he he quoted me a fairly reasonable rate too. I will use him when they come back knocking at my door and are serious. And I will not allow them to scare me. I hope that young man and his Mom find an attorney who will help the. EQT is trying to scare them...they are really a "poop" outfit...even though their subsidiary Equitable Gas provides most of the natural gas to households in that area...real poops. I'm being nice in my description of them... :)
