HELLO, YOU STATED THE PIPING COMPANY IS OFFERING 10 DOLLARS A FOOT , IS THAT LINEAR FOOT / or square foot / 4 INC PIPE OR ANY DIAMETER NEEDS A ROAD THAT ACCOMODATE HEAVY TRUCKS  TOW WAYS SO ABOUT 20 FEET WIDE  BY 4500LONG  THAT IS A BIG CLEARED AREA FOR THEIR CONVINIENCE  IS NT / they pay by linear foot but they reserve a big area for them selves , you left so much money on the table , i m afraid , any time they need to do maintenance on the tubes they will bring the trucks , you cant grow any thing there , be carefull , good luck .
