"Do you think they will ever get the cost of horizontal drilling down to the point it would be profitable to rework the old shallow oil field?" asks a member with interests in Roane, Jackson, & Mason counties, WV

"Will there be drilling in Lower Burrell, Pa?"

I think HG Energy is doing horizontal drilling in some shallow oil fields in Ritchie and maybe surrounding counties. Would love to hear more about this.
