Our properties and it seems a rather large area around us is having a seismic study done.  On friday i notices numerous stakes pounded into the ground along various roads, maybe some 30 feet or so apart with 2 numbers marked on them (theres a number on top, like 5500 that is on every one then a slash with a number that increases with every stake down the line).  Havent seen the vibrator trucks yet, but id imagine that is not very far off.   It was very roughly explained to us how its done when we signed permission, just curious to see the real jist of it.
