$3500 an Acre from Tracker Lario LLC

Tracker Lario LLC bought up Enervest leases.  People who do not have an active lease are being paid $3500 an acre and 17% royalty net.

Tracker Lario bought leases in Portage County and Trumball counties...   Paris Township, Palmyra Township and Newton Townships...  The lady said they feel that wet gas is located in these townships.
