A Dear Friend to the shale play has passed.....RIP Charles "Owen" Frederick

To many people in the Bradford Cty/Wyoming Cty area I was just informed by the wife of Owen, that he has passed after a long battle with cancer. I had the sincere privilege of knowing him very well since signing my lease with RR and the Wyoming Group that he formed.  You will be certainly be missed by me and all the people who you have helped. RIP my dear friend.
