Robin, you are right. you can talk about news reporting and how it is slanted one way or the other, but talk to the landowners that are getting monthly checks. they will tell you their deductions are 20 to 40%, even when their leases call for no deductions. chk seems to be the worst at this. chk plays to the TWPS. county's, and state. they repair roads donate to city causes schools in some areas. but when it comes to paying the land owners they fall way short. as I said in my earlier post their needs to be some oversight on these oil company's the way it is now , it's like leaving  the fox guard the hen house.
