A quick question for you guys that are much more knowledgeable than I am

My EQT royalties have not been that great in nearly a year,yet I  get calls from companies that want to buy my rights. These calls come in waves-nothing for months then we get deluged. Do they know something I don't about the future of gas or do they just (foolishly) think I'll sell at a rock bottom price?
