They seem to be finishing up the final section of the pipeline that goes to Hartz and Mellenger. I saw them working on Crestview west of the Hartz well today. Also they have used Hartz as a storage yard for equipment, etc for this pipeline section. I have seen the gates open on many occasions. Pressure testing was done a couple weeks ago so there may have been an issue nearby. When our pipeline Millport was being completed, pressure tested, etc we did see them dig up one section. Also I have not seen a pig launcher installed for these two wells but they may share one that is between them and can not be seen from 164 or Crestview.
