Any activity in Friendsville area from Alta Resources

I recently signed a lease with Alta Resources and was wondering if anyone has seen any activity from that company in the Friendsville area. I am an out of town property owner and would love to get an update from anyone from that area..

The closest to Friendsville is the Powers well just off Rt 267 near Birchardville. They are currently drilling. See this map for a more exact location:

Thank You Very much. I love the fact that you included the picture, it makes a big difference. I know that they (Alta) have leased a lot of the parcels surrounding ours and was wondering what they had been up to. I've been on landex to confirm all this but I was wondering if they were leasing for themselves or to flip the leases to other companies. I know that Cabot and CHK have holdings in our area but Alta was aggressively seeking properties in our area a while ago. Thanks again for the pict and reply.

HELLO, IS THIS REAL $$$ ,OR IS IT PROMISE TO PAY LATER. PHIL NEVER HEARD OF LEASE THIS HIGH AND 20% FOR 5 YEARS. WHAT PART OF STATE PA. IS THIS?

Phil, its susquehana, bradford co i believe, money upfront, they are all signing letters of intent with Fortuna gas co, I think the bar has just been raised & chesapeke ain't happy about the intrusion into their territory I 'm sure .
