Any Advice for Trumbull CO. ALOV members from other counties with bargaining experience?

Trumbull Co. ALOV has a meeting this monday 3/26/12 at the Covelli center to hear terms of an offer. I can only speak for my family, but I would appreciate any constuctive input on the process. We have no idea of Signing bonus and royalty terms. Some of you have already experienced this difficult process, and I, and I'm sure others across Ohio and PA, would love to hear your opinions. The knowlege base in Ohio is growing thanks to this site, but there are a lot of people still being taken advantage of. Thank You

First, there is much more than the signing and royalty payments. Pay attention to every addendum, take several days to go over it and over it several times. Talk to lots of people in and out of the group to compare. Read online sources about lease terms.

Bad terms can cost much more than what the bonus money was.
