Any Leasing in Somerset Township?

I own 100 acres in Somerset Township.  Are there any landowner groups trying to join together to get larger tracts to lease to companies (as I hear that's what most gas companies are trying to do now.)  There is also a gas line across my property that could be tied into.

apparently there is nothing happening here, at least nothing I can point to and say see this fact, all speculative info out there, mouth to mouth but we all know how reliable that isn't.
