Have not heard anything, about a year ago someone offered 4k an acre but no one has returned. This was near I77... so not near mcconnelsville etc.

PDC is drilling the Palmer wells in Center township Morgan County. There are 3 laterals permitted for that site. These wells would be like southeast of McConnelsville and North of Beverly.

Heard they are completing the 3rd horozontal from the same pad.
