Alov signs for 5800.00 and 20% gross  with Chesapeake Belmont county and that's over , now Buckeye Mineral is offering the same deal .Anyone signed with either yet ?   Results?

Is there a commitment period and if so how long ?   My understading is 6 months and 2.75% . Sounds pretty good except the 6 months .

Seems like a lot changes in 6 day's not to mention 6 months , that's along time to be tied up without other options.
