Anyone know anything about the Butler Co. lawyer run landowners group and Shell

Anyone know anything about the Butler Co. lawyer run landowners group and Shell? I'm told Shell is signing again but with changes to the lease. What they are I don't know. I can't help think it's cherry picking, last chance to sign scare tactics.
