I signed up with a land group one of Mclendon's shell companies. No contact, no website, nothing. Even the guy running the group won't answer the phone. The time to be paid was 120+30 and I've been in contact with people who are going into 200 days without being paids.
I got offers from other companies that i passed up but they no longer are interested or no longer leasing.
In the future do bonus payments go up or down ??? Do companies look to lease up more lands if the production is good in the area??

I am curious why you didn't join the Smith - Goshen land owners group?
I didn't know much about it back then. I called the number listed for the group and emailed many times but no one ever got back to me and there were no more meetings.

Better make sure you did not sign a lease and it has already been recorded....this happened to my neighbor and several month have passed
Hi Linda. I guess your friend signed and didn't get paid?? What company did she sign with??

I think Great River Energy is on of McClendon's companies.....if you google it or search that name on this site you will find many unhappy customers
Great River Energy is McClendon's shell company. There was a cheap free webpage they had but it is down. GRE is not honoring their lease signing anymore. How do i know?? I called American Energy Partners 3 months ago and they acknowledged GRE was one of their sub companies.
I called last week the same woman said she never heard of GRE before.
Antero is not leasing in eastern belmont according to them.
