Anyone leasing in Pease?

I have a 10 acres parcel in Pease I'd like to lease.  Rice isn't returning my call. (We went with them for our other property) and Paloma isn't leasing (They signed my neighbor.) So, does anyone know who, if anyone, is signing? and your experience with them if you've leased with them.
