My family lives out of state but we own land with full mineral rights in Marshall County. Since we live in far away we would like help understanding many aspects of the entire situation in the area.
We're trying to figure out what a typical and fair lease looks like. Is GASTAR the major buyer / lessee in this area? What are typical lease terms? Can anyone recommend a good attorney?
Are any wells active and producing in this area?
Any help is welcomed.
