Hi, all,
I've been reading some interesting DEP permit applications, and wondering how they were obtained. On the Pa. DEP site (http://dep.state.pa.us), you can find tracking info about the application, but not the content of the application document itself.
I'm not trying to 'out' the people who may have scanned them, if that's how it was done; but I would very much like to find a way into the entire trove.
Does anyone know of an on-line source where these documents can be browsed, downloaded, etc.?

Here's an example....
One permit application can be found at this web page (which is not a government-sponsored site). The same application is listed at the Penna. DEP here (and you can link to various views of the information), but you can't read the application document).
