I received a letter about a month ago from Ascent Resources saying they would like to extend my lease but wanted to go over some amendments and I haven't heard anything from them since. Has anyone else heard from Ascent regarding lease extensions?

Their land department seems very disorganized, good luck. They will find you when they really need you and then act like they needed it yesterday haha.

Ok, What did they offer you for a signing bonus if you don't mind me asking....
Earl.
Hi. If you don't mind will you share where your land and mineral rights are located?
What county and township?
Is your new lease the same as the original?
Thanks!

Thank you!
Our minerals are in Guernsey County, Londonderry Twp.
We get contacted several times a month form Purple Land Management, to settle for the $500.00 a month deal but we tell the guy no thanks.
Our lease is up in Oct. of this year, so I guess we will just have to see what happens.

Congratulations, Earl!
N.C. Man, I was contacted by phone the other day by "Halo" with the offer of 500 an acre for a one year lease. Plus they want to make other amendments . My 21 acres are in Guernsey/Wills township. I requested to speak with the land man in person. He was suppose to get back with me via E-mail with the proposal. Haven't heard anything yet. We must have signed the same day with Shell 5 years ago. How many acres are in your lease?
same for me halo wants to set down next week with me I have 80 ac
