Attorney in Greene County PA

I have two offers for mineral rights in Greene County, one to sell and the other to lease. I need an attorney who knows mineral rights and the Greene County players and is willing to be paid an hourly rate for advice. I contacted a few lawyers a year ago when we received the first lowball offer, but I never got any "I want your business" responses from them. Any recommendations?

Look up Meyer's law office in Waynsburgh Pa I have used him a couple of times and now call him my Attorney.
