just was thinking. is it better to be in a unit or have a stand alone well? if you have a well on your property and are in a unit with another well you get some of the other well, but they get some of yours. or does it all equal out either way?

We can't find that out until we find how much each well produces. Your well could be a monster kicking out trucks loads of condensate, and the other one could be a dud.
The opposite is quite true also, yours could be a dud and the guy next door is paying your royalty.
This is why debating on unit size etc. is meaningless until we have the numbers.
