That coupled with 15 permits issued in July for our county is a good sign. 10 were issued in 2012, and as of the end of July, 35 have been issued for 2013.

Also today referencing Belmont County via a new Hess deal:

All good news for the southern Utica, GO BUCKEYES!

For a little landowner watching the show on the sidelines, what the professors failed to mention is of course the south will break free first, it is where it all started and all the infrastructure, midstream was completed first.

The northeast will ramp up and most likely be the same.

Interesting note, the professors know theory, my company has geologist in the field on retainer that for instance say pressure in the oil window is not what they look for, it is VOLUME, pressure can be induced.
