I read that Belmont County received the most permits in July in the state, located in Western Belmont County and Union Twp. I live in Richland Twp and they just concluded the seismic testing not too long ago. Has anyone heard anything about how those tests are turning out? I am assuming the rise in permits is a good sign.

Based on the July permits, I assume it is positive. They have been testing 50 square miles for many months, so the expense is huge, and the info priceless I am sure. With McClendon reinvesting via his new company in Guernsey, Belmont, Harrison, and Noble after being ousted from Ches., that is positive as well.
