If you are in southern part of Utica or WV this is interesting article. Talks about Natrium, Berne, 30 mile Y grade pipeline, and barging terminal. All sounds good to me. What does everyone else think?

What have they been paying for pipeline ROW ? Are they negotiating a per acre or per foot price ?
One will have to ask what the bundled price for the Midstream service will total and what that might do to the current DEO gathering charge looking forward to later in 2014 when all the new infrastructure, processing and fractionization have all been commissioned. Post Production cost deductions may go ???????????? I doubt they will decrease !!!
The good thing is wider market areas will open and hopefully it will be mutually beneficial to the Lessor and Lessee alike.
