Does anyone have a dollar figure to use on the royalty calculator that represents BOE/day?

I think the dollar amount really depends on the composition of the BOEs. I think approximate values would be:
oil(condensate) - $100/BOE
NGLs - $30-45/BOE (opinions on this value really vary)
gas - $20/BOE (there are roughly 6 mcf of gas/BOE)

Look for producers' investor reports and analysis on a company by company basis. BOE prices vary widely based on not just liquids to gas ratio but also on what their forward price hedges are.
