My relatives and I have signed a lease with Rice energy in Greene county Pa, The 90 day period is up on Feb.22. Do they have to make payment at that time? Also, they say we will be receiving 18% royalties immediately, since the landowners have been receiving them when the well began producing in 2011. Will we receive back royalties also? Our family owns the mineral rights and royalties. Last question, one person in the family has not and may not sign their lease. Will that prevent the rest of us from receiving our bonus check and royalties? Thanks. Debra Pennell
