just eyeballing, they look to be really long laterals (maybe 4 miles).  I haven't seen a permit, but guessing it won't be long now that they have been mapped.

The latest reports says that they have 5k acres now in the Utica/Point Pleasant area, so it is just a matter of time before they get to you.  Being a bit west seems to me a better spot as you might have a higher condensate volume, with still enough gas to drive a significant volume.
