A guy called me from cardinal pipeline co yesterday and said there interested in running a pipeline through my property yesterday and said survey guys will be here in 1-3 weeks. I live in bloomingdale Ohio on 646. I have no idea what to expect. Should I get a lawyer? Anybody else have this happen? Thanks

There have been extensive discussions relating to Pipeline Right of Way.

I suggest that you educate yourself by typing "Pipeline" in the Search Window at the top right hand side of the screen.

Once you have spent several hours reading over all the information that is already available, you will be in a much better position with which to ask focused questions relating to your particular situation.

Before you sign anything, please have an Attorney (one with O & G experience) review the ROW contract.

It is a contract (even though they call it an agreement).

Once signed this contract will be in likely be in effect for at least several lifetimes.

It is almost like signing (in blood) a contract with the Devil; once signed you cannot alter or get out of it.

You have one chance to get it right.

Once you have done your "Homework", ask your questions here.

Good Luck,
