Bottom Line  :    Looks like trouble on the horizon -    There were three ( 3 ) errors on the first  Division

Order ..       1    Unit  Acreage wrong

                   2    Royalty Percentage wrong /  Addendums with Carrizo Lawyers " fuzzy"

                    3    Decimal Interest number wrong
