Carroll County Royalties

We were told by a landowner group that someone in Carroll County is receiving royalites of 8000.00 per acre per month At 12.5 percent per month.  Can this be right? or are we getting smoke blown up our #$%.  just asking!

We should get some more clarification in the next few weeks from the attorney handling are property. I appreciate the insight and wish you the best of luck....thanks again.
