CAUTION! If you were contacted recently by this fellow, I would proceed with great scrutiny.  He may well of become the global guru of group shale O&G leasing in the last 12 months but a very short time ago he was only dabbling in the real estate field.  I had the misfortune of Mr. Sneddon being sub-contracted by one of our main lending institutions.  Can't be sure why, but in my opinion, Mr. Sneddon whether from laziness, incompetency or outright deception gave false information to the lender which caused us much wasted time and expense and all but ruined our trust in that lender.  I will never again be part of any business dealings involving Mr, Sneddon
