Chesapeke royaltiy pay going down, while others go up

I noticed our royalty each mo. from Chesapeake is going down while Stat, Anadarko, MIt, are going up with the rising price of nat. gas.  I called Ches. and they said its bc our will is depleting, ok now this is all the same well so how come the other 3 co.s are not going down bc of depletion. I dont get it!
