Chief and Radler are entering into a asset purchase and sale agreement.  They plan to sell certain Natural gas properties in marcellus shale to EXCO Holding PA.  This includes 15 wells and 11 waiting wells and 50,000 net acres located in Lycoming Sullivan and Columbia counties PA.

What does this mean for early leasers?  Thanks
