Article on front page of Wheeling Intelligencer today February 4.   According to article there is still the hurdle of where that terminal will be as there is an access issue to the Ohio River at the Wheeling location.

I think I am remembering that I read somewhere that Green Hunter was possibly developing a site for barging in Meigs County Ohio.

UPDATE on barging of water:  apparently it is "brine water" that can be transported not "frac water".

Anyway communication obviously is at issue with this subject.   Here is link to new info.
