Not that I'm aware of.  What basis for a suit is there?  I'm not hip to the happenings out that way.

Is this the same Cobra that Ben Luppo owns/operates?

I can't believe anyone would file suit against such a friend of mother nature and mankind as Mr. Luppo!!

He spends a lot of time at Cobra Resources on St Rt 224 in Canfield.  Just wondered if that was the same Cobra.  Maybe life forms that low just congregrate there?

Saw same vehicle there that he got out of every day at another one of his 50 companies.

The Vindy reported that Luppo has over 50 companies.  Don't know if Cobra is one of them.

He leased o & g rights from friends of mine in Lorain county last year under Cobra Resources.

He really didn't.  Cobra is privately owned and not by Ben Luppo.  You'll have to take my word for it.

I just checked my source and you're right.  The cobra people used to work for him though.

I mean, everybody worked for somebody at some point in their career.  I try not to condemn those who have worked with Luppo unless I have a good reason.
