companies switching from acquistion to development mode?

Generally speaking, from the articles I have read online and in the papers throughout much of PA, it seems overall like the "leasing rush" has slowed considerably.  Is the consensus that many of the companies feel that have banked enough acreage for now and are switching from acquisition to development mode?

It has slowed considerably here in Greene County.  I haven't leased my property.  Its seems last year they were on my doorstep every other day, now they are no where to be found.  I thought with the new EQT gas line coming through our property that we would have more interest in our property, but it doesn't seem that way.

I think I recall seeing some staggering figures press released on a Greene Cty marcelus well not long ago.  Are you anywhere near that area?
