Connoquenessing Twp Pipeline Right away

Had someone offer me 50 per linear foot. 15 for the pipe 35 for any damages. Was wondering if anyone else has heard or been offer anything? Maybe better. Mine was offered by RE GAS Dvlp. Anything else out there I should be looking at?

Matthew,  it sounds like you're doing this yourself and not using an atty.(recommended)  As it's said 'ROW's are forever'.  If going it alone I'm attaching a couple of ROW lease considerations that pretty much cover everything to help keep you out of trouble.  I would think you want to nail them down and there are many things to consider, as you'll see in the attached.
