I might have missed it but I don't think BP is leasing in columbiana co. DPS penn still is but I don't think you will like the offer. It's been net and lower bonus for a few months. One idea is when you read an article concerning a township leased land look and see who the lawyer was. Columbiana co. Commissioners just got a nice money and % gross lease ( no idea of the language in the lease). That artical was in yesterday's local papers. There are other attorneys still working the leases but this section is a no promo section. If you repost this is columbiana county groups I'm pretty sure people can recommend someone they used or heard about.

DPS penn told me that they aren't leasing anymore. I did hear the bonuses were around 2,000 an acre now which at one time i guess they were 5,000 an acre. Thanks for the info!
