Course of action

I only own 2.5 acres which is surrounded by 250 acres
that I believe to be leased out for testing by a broker.
What should be my course of action at this point?
Can I join the large lease? If so, how? I don't even know
the last name of the camp/land owner. Do I need legal
representation? I have been approached by a company that wants

sesmic testing rights.

2.5 acres is not large enough to have an adverse effect on the data recorded. Either sign or they will shoot around you.
