CX Energy and Halcon

My sister had signed up with Halcon thru CX Energy only to receive a letter that her property is not being accepted.  Is she free to lease with someone else or is she legally obligated with CX/Halcon in any way?

review what you signed...it was not only a lease but a sales and marketing agreement on your property cx-mopo has your property.....
